You retain ownership of your Input and the Output generated from it. However, you represent and warrant that your Input complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Our Use of Content
We may use your Content to improve and develop our Services, comply with legal obligations, and ensure user safety. You may opt out of contributing Content for training purposes in your account settings.
Accuracy of Outputs
AI-generated Outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Outputs should not be relied upon as definitive or professional advice, and human review is recommended before acting on them.
Paid Accounts
Subscriptions and Fees
AI-mee offers paid subscriptions with enhanced features. Fees will be communicated before purchase, and subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days from the purchase date to cancel and request a refund under EU consumer laws.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds outside the cooling-off period are not provided unless specified otherwise.
Termination and Suspension
- Your Rights: You may stop using the Services at any time.
- AI-mee’s Rights: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or legal reasons.
Liability and Dispute Resolution

- Disputes can be resolved through local courts or, for EEA users, via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
